The 'Electric Construction Zhiyuan' has a length of 123.95m, a width of 48m, a depth of 9.5m, a designed draft of 6.5m, a variable load of 5000T, and is fully electric driven. It is DP-2 level power positioning and meets Tier III emission requirements. It can navigate in international unlimited navigation areas. There is a helicopter takeoff and landing platform located at the front of the building, which is equipped with four truss type pile legs with a length of 125m and a maximum operating water depth of 70m.
