System overview
AJYP-01 emergency power distribution board is a power distribution equipment independently developed by AJE Onjia Electric Co., Ltd., which is used as an emergency power supply equipment system for ships in emergencies. The system equipment can realize the automatic start and stop control of the emergency generator, control, protect, monitor and manage the power generation, transmission and distribution of the emergency power system, measure, monitor, protect and control the emergency generator, load and other equipment, so as to ensure that reliable emergency power supply can be provided to the whole ship's power system in case of emergency and ensure the normal use of the system's emergency load. The products meet CCS, DNV-GL, ABS, BV, NK, LR and other domestic and foreign classification society specifications, ship industry standards and national standards.
Function description
Automatic control system of emergency generator
Self-starting control of emergency generator, emergency power supply under emergency conditions, and normal power supply under ship emergency conditions.
Automatic switching system of emergency switchboard
The emergency power supply system will automatically cut off the emergency power supply after the main power grid fault is removed or the power .
Emergency switchboard reverse power supply system
The function can be used under special working conditions to transfer the load between the main power grid and the continuous power supply, and also reverse power supply to the main power grid.
Emergency generator power supply safety monitoring system
The safety monitoring system of emergency generator shall be set to protect the overload, voltage and frequency of generator from exceeding the standard, and the insulation of power grid, operation status of distribution board, alarm indication and other functions.
