System overview
AJJC-WJ type computer monitoring and alarm system is applicable to the operation monitoring and control of the whole ship's equipment, and is applicable to various types of large and medium-sized ships. The system adopts the industrial Ethernet to realize the remote cabin automatic monitoring scheme of safety monitoring, image and voice transmission, and can monitor various thermal parameters of the cabin in real time. The integration of computer technology, multimedia technology and digital communication technology improves the automation level of ship engine room monitoring. The system runs on the network based on TCP/IP network protocol, enabling users to realize upper and lower computers and higher level networking. The upper computer can exchange data with other computers of other Ethernet network systems to jointly complete the information management system (MIS) of the whole ship operation, port terminal, fleet or managers.
The system adopts a multi-computer hierarchical monitoring system, and uses a three-layer network structure to allow each equipment to access the engine room monitoring system. The lowest layer is the equipment bus layer, which can access any standard protocol serial port equipment, such as: main generator unit, emergency generator unit, main propulsion unit, turbine unit and other controllers; The middle layer is the control layer, which supports redundant ProfiBus network, can access other intelligent devices that support ProfiBus, and can also access the ProfiBus network through the gateway to achieve communication between controllers, and can transmit more real-time data; The top layer is the information layer, which supports redundant Ethernet and is used to transmit a large amount of information and can share data across the ship.
